Saint Charles Borromeo oval medal-pendant.  Detail depicts him praying in front of a crucifix. Medal has a blank back.  Saint Charles is the Patron Saint of Bishops, Cardinals, catechists, seminarians, weight loss, ulcers, and stomach disease.
